Write to us for any question about the app, your account or your subscription.

Cancel where you subscribed. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play.
App Store (iPhone and iPad)
Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Choose Kalima and tap Cancel Subscription.
Google Play (Android)
Open the Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions and Subscriptions. Choose Kalima and tap Cancel subscription.
Web (Stripe)
Open Kalima on the web and go to Subscription. Tap Manage subscription on Stripe: the Stripe page that opens lets you cancel your plan.
Delete your account
In the app, open Settings, then Account, and tap Delete my account. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, also cancel it in the store: deleting your account does not stop store billing. A web subscription is cancelled automatically.
